After finding CrossFit at 36 and fully drinking the Koolaid, Justin dove head first into the community and then the methodology. It only took a year for him to get his CrossFit L1 certification and begin coaching after some gentle nudging from owners and friends. Along the way, Justin's style has grown and his enthusiasm has stayed the course all the while giving coaching to those young and old. With a passion for fitness especially lifting a heavy barbell Justin is your go-to guy for encouraging you on those heavy lifts when you aren't sure you can make it. He's always going to be there with a smile on, being your biggest cheerleader while trying to help you reach your fitness goals.
I am here to help motivated people become the best version of themselves. When someone comes in and wants to put in the work, there is nothing I will not do to try to help them reach their goals. After working hard to be the best version of myself, all I can do is help others find that.
