Our barbell classes will provide you with total body training. Professional coaches will help you master the basic lifts and achieve optimal fitness in a short amount of time. Learn scientifically proven techniques to activate targeted muscle groups effectively.

Small group
On-Ramp
Anyone new to CrossFit is required to go through On Ramp. These small group sessions allow us to get to know you and your fitness goals. We will coach you through basic and complex movements, technique, terminology, individual scaling, and what to expect during classes.

Of course it’s not easy to get to every class that you’d like to, that’s why we offer the ‘Open Gym’ slots. This means that you’re able to train freely and use all of the equipment available.
